Dear National Steering Committee Members,
I would like to enhance that the last letter you received from the International Steering Committee was information about the last meeting of the ISC on 17th April 2000. This letter contains the list of countries whiche had their national plan approved during this meeting. But please be aware that before this meeting some other national plans were already approved at a previous ISC meeting on the 8th March 2000.
So, in order to avoid any miss-understanding please find hereafter the list of countries which at that time have their national plan approved:
