Please find, also, herewith the minutes from the first teleconference meeting between a group of 5 NSCs and some members of the ISC.

To order POS free flyers the NSCs are invited to send an e-mail to Mr. Neil Calder (neil.calder@cern.ch) mentioning how many flyers are needed and in which language. The flyers are available in English,.Spanish, Italian, German and French.

The ressources available for the on stage performances are:
The area available for the on stage performances is 10m X 3.5m X 4m. this will occur in an auditorium fully equipped

The ressources available for the booths whiche forms the fair area are:
Each country will have a booth of approximately 2,3m X 3,5 m. with internet connectivity, and electrical supply. If several activities are planned to be presented at the booth a schedule has to made by the respective countries to organise the use of the booth
